Uniform
A uniform dress code reinforces in students a pride in their own appearance, instils recognition of themselves as an integral part of the school community, and assists in developing pride in representing their school. Issues of equality, health and safety and expense.
Aims
- To promote equality amongst all students.
- To further develop a sense of pride and identification within our school.
- To maintain and enhance the positive image of the school in the community.
Implementation
- The Dress Code applies during school hours, while travelling to and from school, and when students are on school excursions.
- Students will have a three week change over of uniform in Terms 2 and 4.
- Stud earrings and sleepers worn in the ears and watches are the only acceptable jewellery, however this will be at the discretion of the Principal.
- Extreme hair colors (eg: green, pink or purple rinses) and/or extreme hairstyles (eg: spikes or mohawks) are not permitted.
- Cosmetics may not be worn at school.
- Students are only allowed to wear plain navy blue or plain white religious headgear with no markings.
- The only other headwear that is acceptable is Sunsmart hats consistent with our Sunsmart policy. They must be worn outside in Terms 1 and 4. Hats are not to be worn inside. Beanies are acceptable for outside wear.
- The student Dress Code, including details of uniform items and place of purchase, will be published on the school website.
- School Council requires the Principal be responsible for implementation of the Dress Code.
Dress Code
All students enrolled at this complex are required to wear school uniform. Students must bring a note, written by their parents, if they are unable to wear uniform on a particular day. The official uniform supplier is PSW. The school uniform cannot be purchased through any other supplier, with the exception of the hat.
Summer Uniform (Term 1 & 4)
- Summer Dress (no higher than 5cm above the knee) - with plain white or navy blue socks (term 1 & 4 only)
- Navy Skort
- Navy blue jersey shorts
- Navy blue tracksuit pants
- White or navy blue polo, with logo and striped collar (short or long sleeve)
- Wool blend jumper with logo
- V neck windcheater with logo
- Bomber jacket with logo
- Navy blue jersey shorts
- Navy blue tracksuit pants
- White or navy blue polo, with logo and striped collar (short or long sleeve)
- Wool blend jumper with logo

Winter Uniform (Term 2 & 3)
- Winter tunic or winter skirt - with navy blue tights or white socks (term 2 & 3 only)
